Arrival: We expect you to arrive from 2.00 pm. Of course you can also arrive earlier, but the apartment is only ready for occupancy from 2.00 pm. If you arrive late, please let us know.

Departure: On the day of departure the apartment should be vacated by 10.00 am at the latest. Other times on request.

Cancellation conditions pursuant to Art. 1382 ZGB

There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB:

Up to 3 months before the arrival date at the latest, the reservation can be canceled without payment of a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained. If the guest cancels between the 3rd month and the 4th week before the agreed date of arrival and the date of arrival itself, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fee of 70%. Within 4 weeks before arrival 90%.

If the guest does not show up (“no show”) or if the guest departs early, the fee for the entire booking period is owed in full.

Please inform us in good time if you are unable to start your vacation.

Nevertheless, we recommend that you take out “Cancellation protection” when you book your stay. This will cover the cancellation fees and you can look forward to your vacation without any worries.
